As Practice Education Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in developing a highly skilled workforce, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring the highest standards of care across our services.
Lead and develop Claire House's Practice Education Team
Design and deliver innovative education programmes for all care and family services teams
Oversee mandatory training compliance and workforce development
Create a positive learning culture that supports professional growth and clinical excellence
Build strong partnerships with universities, NHS organisations, hospices and regional networks
Lead on all student placements
Contribute to quality improvement, research and strategic workforce planning
Develop new educational opportunities and income-generating initiatives that support future growth
You'll work closely with senior clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure learning and development remains at the forefront of everything we do.
