Job summary

ESNEFT’s Colchester Hospital is seeking a Practice Education Facilitator to join the Clinical Education Team. This full-time, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week and supports pre-professional, pre-registration, and post-registration education and training.

You will collaborate with the Head of Clinical Education and education providers to ensure high-quality learning environments, mentor learners in clinical settings, and contribute to assessment, quality assurance and regulatory

Qualifications

• Delivery, assessment and quality assurance of education and training programmes for learners.
• Collaboration with clinical education team and stakeholders.
• Support and mentor learners in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Promote quality patient care through continuing education of staff and students across pre and post registration education.
• Act as a visible, approachable and professional role model within practice learning environments.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clinical leaders and education stakeholders.
• Facilitate Practice Learning Coordinator (PLC) forums, student forums and other learner engagement opportunities.
