Job summary

St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a GESH Clinical Facilitator for Nursing Associates ESTH in Carshalton to lead and embed the SNA workforce development within clinical areas.

You will design CPD frameworks, support new NMC preceptorship standards, coordinate practice supervisors and assessors, and monitor progress to ensure safe, compassionate patient care and achievement of local objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the SNA initiative and promote the value of the role within clinical areas.
• Provide a comprehensive continuing professional development framework to support and facilitate SNA to practice safely and with compassion.
• Assist newly registered Nursing Associates to meet Preceptorship standards.
• Support SNA to meet NMC and apprenticeship standards.
• Collaborate with SNA partners, practice supervisors, practice assessors, preceptors and managers to foster staff development and clinical excellence.
