University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Clinical Education Facilitator to join the Practice Development Team in Coventry. The post will support the Trust's preceptorship programme, deliver Continuing Professional Development and lead education across nursing, nursing associates and healthcare support workers in diverse clinical settings.

Qualificações

Registered Nurse (Adult) with NMC registration.
Evidence of study at degree level.
Teaching and assessing qualification held.
Current demonstrable CPD.

Responsabilidades

Providing visible clinical leadership and role modeling high‑quality practice.
Supporting development of nursing, midwifery, nursing associate and healthcare support staff through education and coaching.
Delivering and facilitating training programmes and study days to enhance knowledge and competence.
Promoting learning environments that support learners and clinical teams.
Leading quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and staff experience.
Developing and reviewing clinical policies and standards in line with regulations.
Supporting governance activities, including audits and risk management.
Collaborating with clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement.
