Job summary

Linnaeus is seeking a Practice Director for Forest Veterinary Centre in Essex. This hybrid on-site role drives growth across multiple sites, balancing commercial performance with clinical excellence and staff engagement.

You will lead operations across Epping, Harlow, Woodford and the Isle of Dogs, guiding leaders, shaping strategy, and delivering outstanding client care in a multi-site veterinary group.

Qualifications

• Proven operational leadership experience with P&L accountability.
• Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to listen, build trust and develop others.
• Strong commercial acumen using data and insight to inform decisions.
• Experience working within regulated environments and established frameworks.
• Experience in veterinary sector is advantageous; multi-site leadership is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ambitious growth plans across our practice group.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, client experience and service delivery with a growth focus.
• Lead overall operational and commercial performance with P&L ownership for the group.
• Partner with clinical teams to balance commercial success with clinical excellence.
