Job summary

Linnaeus is seeking a Practice Director for Forest Veterinary Centre, hybrid on-site across Essex. You will lead growth, drive commercial performance and support clinical excellence while building strong teams across Epping, Harlow, Woodford and the Isle of Dogs.

We value operational leadership with P&L accountability, people development and a data-driven approach. Veterinary sector experience is advantageous but not essential, with a supportive, multi-site environment and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven operational leadership with P&L accountability.
• Excellent people leadership and team development.
• Strong commercial acumen using data to inform decisions.
• Experience in regulated environments and established frameworks.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and quality.
• Veterinary sector experience is a plus but not essential.

• Develop and execute ambitious growth plans across the practice group.
