Qualifications

• Registered Nurse
• Teaching/assessing qualification to Postgraduate Diploma Level or equivalent
• Enthusiasm towards teaching and sharing knowledge
• Sound knowledge and understanding of current nursing and education issues
• Broad Clinical Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to develop a culture of quality within education and training
• Demonstrate evidence of own continuing professional development
• Ability to motivate others and lead developments in the clinical area

Responsibilities

• Assist with empowering and enabling ward/department teams to deliver patient care to high standards, using evidence‑based practice.
• Promote a positive culture of learning and continuous professional development for teams.
• Travel between community sites to support multiple locations as required.
