Job summary

Medinet Group is seeking a Practice Development Nurse to enhance clinical practice across the Adult ADHD service. The role focuses on mentoring, supervision, structured audits, and patient liaison to ensure feedback is handled professionally and supportively.

The PDN will bridge patients and the service, promote reflective practice, and work with senior leaders to implement improvements while upholding safeguarding and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration and mental health/community nursing experience.
• Experience in supervision, mentoring or practice development within healthcare.
• Strong communication skills with ability to give constructive and supportive feedback.
• Experience handling patient concerns sensitively and professionally.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and produce clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring and supervising clinicians to address complaints or developmental needs.
• Act as patient liaison, providing empathetic, solution-focused responses and updating on actions taken.
• Support regular audits and drive service improvement through data review and feedback.
