The Practice Development Nurse (PDN) will play a key role in supporting and enhancing clinical practice across our Adult ADHD service. The focus of this role is mentoring, supervision, structured audit activity, and patient liaison.
The PDN will proactively support clinicians through reflective practice and targeted development, particularly where concerns or learning needs have been identified. In addition, they will act as a bridge between patients and the service when concerns are raised, ensuring feedback is handled professionally, empathetically, and constructively.

The Practice Development Nurse will report directly to the Lead Nurse.
