KMA Legal Recruitment is assisting a leading UK law firm to hire a Real Estate PSL Lawyer to join their national team based in Reading. You will build and develop a knowledge management toolkit for its commercial property lawyers, guiding knowledge strategy and training initiatives.

You will collaborate with fee earners, business services teams and legaltech partners to embed best practices, develop precedents, manage internal libraries and deliver client-facing training and monthly updates.

Formación

• Experience as a real estate lawyer with PQE, strong technical knowledge in property law
• Excellent communications skills and client-facing experience

Role

Youwilljointhefirm'sexistingknowledgeteamandguidethemthroughtheirnextphaseofgrowthanddevelopmentbybuildinganddevelopingaknowledgemanagementtoolkitforit'scommercialpropertylawyers.

Youwillleadonknowledgestrategy,identifytraininganddevelopmentrequirementsandmanageinternalprecedents.Workingcloselywithfeeearners,businessservicesteams,andlegaltechpartners,youwillhelpembedbestpractice,identifyupskillingopportunities,andbuildresourcesthatensureexcellenceinclientoutcomes.

Thisisanexcitingopportunitytohelpshapetheknowledgemanagementofthepropertyteamandhelpthegroupwithfurtherdevelopmentoftechnology,softwareandAI.

Youwillalsosupportthedeliveryofbespokeclientfacingtrainingandprovidemonthlyupdatestolawyers.

Thesuccessfulcandidatewillalsomanagetheteam'slibraryresources,andleadknowledgeandprocessengagement.

Candidate

Itisessentialthatyouareanexperiencedcommercialpropertylawyerwithatleast8yearsPQEandyouwillhaveexceptionaltechnicalknowledgeinpropertylaw.Youmusthavegoodcommunicationskillsandpreviousexperienceinaclientfacingrolewithacity,nationalorregionalpractice.
