CVS Vets is seeking a proactive Receptionist and Practice Administrator to join our team across two practice sites. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a focus on welcoming clients, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting day-to-day administration.
You will maintain client records, process payments, manage till reconciliations, and contribute to a positive client experience. Experience in customer-facing admin and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Receptionist & Practice Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be based across both practice sites and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with participation in a Saturday rota, you will provide reception support, assist with key administrative functions, and work closely with the Practice Director to support practice operations.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, personable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
