Job summary

Debenhams Group is seeking a PR & Influencer Manager to lead influencer marketing and PR across fashion, beauty and home. You will partner with internal teams, agencies and creators to deliver integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, cultural relevance and commercial impact.

Based in our Manchester office, the role includes managing budgets, partnerships and measurement frameworks, while shaping the external voice and media relations strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing, PR or brand partnerships in fashion, beauty or retail.
• Proven ability to develop influencer strategies driving brand and commercial results.
• Strong network of influencer, talent management and media contacts.
• Experience managing agencies and measuring ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Debenhams' influencer strategy across brand and commercial goals.
• Lead integrated influencer campaigns around launches and seasonal moments.
• Build ambassador programmes and creator partnerships to build advocacy.
• Oversee campaign execution, briefing, gifting, content approvals and reporting.
