Job summary

Debenhams Group in Manchester is seeking a senior leader to own partnerships, PR and social, driving strategy across influencers, creators, events and media to elevate the brand beyond campaigns. You will report to the Brand Director and build relationships with fashion, beauty, home media and culture partners.

You’ll manage agency relationships, measure ROI, and craft activations that generate meaningful earned media, growth and brand warmth in a high-profile retail environment.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience across PR, partnerships, influencer, social or brand activation.

Responsibilities

• Own the consumer PR strategy for the brand, building awareness and positive conversation.
• Develop and deliver the Debenhams partnership strategy, identifying brand, commercial and cultural collaborations.
• Lead influencer agencies and partners to deliver against brand and commercial objectives.
• Set the strategic direction for Debenhams across social channels and communities.
• Own the strategy and delivery of Debenhams brand events, launches and experiences.
