Role Overview:
As our PR & Content Manager, you will be the voice of our brand, responsible for crafting compelling narratives, managing media relationships, and amplifying our message across digital and traditional channels. You'll work closely with our marketing, social media, and customer experience teams (and agencies) to shape our brand story and build positive awareness in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

PR Strategy: Develop and execute PR strategies that align with our brand values and business goals, increasing brand awareness and positive sentiment.

Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure impactful coverage.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for press releases, blogs, website copy, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership articles.

Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Crisis Communications: Act as the first line of defence for any PR issues, managing sensitive communications to protect the brand’s reputation.

Social Media Oversight: Work with social media agency to ensure consistent messaging across platforms, aligning content with broader brand goals.

Personal Brand Building: Support key members of the leadership team in building their personal brands, crafting executive-level content and amplifying their voice across social and traditional media.

Team Leadership: Manage the Marketing Executive and oversee the maintenance and growth of the consumer database, ensuring data integrity and effective communication.

Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR and content campaigns, using data to optimise future strategies.

Event Management: Support the planning and execution of PR events, product launches, and media briefings.

Industry Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify PR opportunities.

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience: 3-5 years in PR, communications, or content marketing, ideally within automotive, retail, or a fast-paced consumer environment.

Media Relations: Proven experience securing media coverage and managing press relationships.

Content Mastery: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio to demonstrate.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to align PR efforts with broader marketing and business goals.

Digital Savvy: Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices.

Crisis Management: Calm under pressure, with experience handling sensitive communications.

Project Management: Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Data-Driven Mindset: Experience using PR analytics tools and platforms to measure impact.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

What We Offer:
