To accelerate the development of high-quality educational resources and ensure our content remains best-in-class, we’re hiring an Academic Content Manager to lead our IB, A-Level and IGCSE content efforts. The role will also contribute to AP and university admissions content.

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing recent university graduate who studied the IB Diploma or A-Levels and is passionate about education. You’ll lead the planning, creation, and ongoing improvement of our study materials, working closely with subject experts, developers, and our leadership team. Preference will be given to candidates who have studied Maths and Sciences at IBDP or A-level.

This is a high-impact role with broad scope—from content strategy to technical implementation—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development: Plan, commission, and refine notes, practice questions, mark schemes, and mock exams for IB, A-Level, and IGCSE subjects.
• Quality Assurance: Audit existing materials, identify gaps, and lead revisions to improve accuracy, depth, and usefulness for students.
• Team Management: Brief external contributors, set and track deadlines, and provide detailed feedback on drafts.
• Platform Engagement: Analyse usage data to guide content priorities and optimize based on performance.
• Marketing Support: Produce educational videos for social media and support outreach campaigns.
• Product Innovation: Assist in developing AI-driven study tools tailored for IB, A-Level, and IGCSE learners.
• Technical Collaboration: Work with developers to shape and test new site features and improvements.
• No-Code Projects: Use tools like Wix, Loveable, and Notion to create and manage lightweight educational tools or microsites.
