Job summary

Twelve, a health marketing communications and creative agency, seeks a PR-led professional to drive day-to-day client campaigns from its rural Pulborough office. The role emphasizes strong media relations, client liaison and multi-channel campaign oversight in a flexible, hybrid setting.

You will manage projects end-to-end, build client relationships, and coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time and budget. A proactive, collaborative attitude will help you thrive here.

Qualifications

• Strong PR and media relations experience is essential.
• Experience in an PR communications role within an agency or relevant marketing/communications environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to build positive client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with a calm approach under pressure.
• Genuine interest in creative communications, health/wellbeing or purpose-led work.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of client projects and campaigns.
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact.
• Writing clear briefs, timelines, status updates and contact reports.
• Coordinating internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Supporting the development of integrated campaigns across channels including creative, digital, PR and social.
• Managing production projects from photo shoots to video shoots, including pre-production planning and delivery of final edits.
• Monitoring progress, budgets and deliverables.
• Spotting opportunities to add value for clients and support account growth.
• Maintaining high standards across every stage of project delivery.
• Bringing energy, ideas and a solutions-focused mindset to the team.
