Job summary

Culina Group is seeking a General Warehouse Operative in Lutterworth for a full-time, 4 on 4 off night shift (18:00–06:00). The role operates in a chilled environment up to 5 degrees and requires PPT and Reach Truck licences with height experience.

You'll move stock, pick orders, load trailers, and maintain safety and accuracy in a high-rack setting. Training may be offered, with attendance allowances and shift bonuses as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience operating PPT and Reach Truck in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong health and safety awareness in a chilled environment.
• Able to meet targets and KPIs while handling goods.

Responsibilities

• Operate PPT and Reach Truck to move stock safely.
• Load, unload and pick stock in a chilled warehouse.
• Assemble customer orders and ensure correct quantities.
• Scan pallets with RF Gun and manage stock accuracy.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
