Job summary

Swegon UK&I is seeking a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Sales Advisor for its Ashby De La Zouch site. The role focuses on developing new business in Commercial & Industrial sectors for Swegon Service, increasing brand awareness, and growing sales of our service offerings in cooling, smoke & fire, and ventilation sectors.

The role is 100% on-site, requiring local presence. You will pursue new leads, manage accounts, and work with Area Service Managers to convert opportunities into orders

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent.
• Experience in business administration is advantageous.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Field telephone enquiries and route to appropriate team.
• Prepare maintenance contract documents for new opportunities.
• Pursue maintenance contract leads to improve conversion and retention.
• Promote group capabilities and services.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with live and new accounts.
• Arrange client meetings with Area Service Managers to identify needs.
• Provide technical advice and guide customers to requirements.
