Job summary

Metcor Environmental in Gravesend is seeking a PPM Operations Scheduler to plan and coordinate planned maintenance across drainage, pumps, electrical, and Working at Height. You will work with engineers, subcontractors and clients to keep diaries up to date, assess location and availability, and ensure jobs close on time.

This full-time role supports a busy operations team, offering a structured day pattern, regular hours, and opportunities to optimise service delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, planning or coordinating work in a busy environment.
• Good attention to detail and confidence working with systems and data.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise when plans change.
• Clear communication skills when working with engineers, subcontractors, clients and internal teams.
• Desirable: Experience in drainage, pumps, electrical, facilities management or similar service industry.
• Desirable: Experience using CRM systems.
• Desirable: Understanding of PPM schedules, SLAs, site access, mobilisation and job closure.
• Desirable: Experience coordinating subcontractors or Working at Height works.

We're looking for a PPM Operations Scheduler to help coordinate planned maintenance work across Drainage, Pumps, Electrical, Working at Height and specialist subcontractor activities.

Metcor Environmental part of Metcor Group is looking for a PPM Operations Scheduler to join the team in Gravesend.

What you'll be doing

• Planning planned preventive maintenance activity and coordinating engineers and subcontractors.
• Keeping schedules accurate and up to date in on the inhouse system.

• Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Lunch Break unpaid 30 mins each day
