Job summary

Canopy London City is seeking a skilled PPM Engineer to join our engineering team on site. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance across guest bedrooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces in line with the hotel's PPM programme.

You will also maintain lighting systems, inspect HVAC equipment, perform basic fault finding, and complete minor repairs to preserve the hotel's presentation and comfort for guests. A proactive, safety-conscious approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in guest bedrooms, public areas and back-of-house areas in accordance with the Hotel's PPM programme and required schedules.
• Maintain and inspect lighting systems, including fault finding and replacement of lamps, fittings and other lighting components where appropriately trained and authorised.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, including basic fault finding and maintenance of accessible equipment and associated components.
• Complete minor repairs and remedial works, including silicone replacement and resealing, to maintain the condition and presentation of guest bedrooms and hotel areas.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the hotel's standards and safety requirements.
