Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment partnered with a leading global FinTech to recruit a Paid Search Manager on a 1 month rolling contract. You will manage substantial paid search budgets, optimise performance, and drive client acquisition across the UK and Ireland.

This remote-first role offers £300 p.day inside IR35, with some days in the London office. You will oversee campaigns across Google, Bing and Apple Search Ads, focusing on CPA efficiency and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing and scaling paid search campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, SA360 and CM360.
• Solid understanding of attribution, conversions and tracking.
