Job description

The the company Story

Established in 1998, the company is the UK’s #1 Field Service Management (FSM) software platform. We are a global business with offices in the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam. Since our management buy-out in 2013, we have grown from ~£500K ARR to ~£35M+ ARR and expanded our team from 11 to 500+ people.

Recently, we secured a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners — a global technology investor specialising in enterprise software. This investment includes over £100 million in new primary capital and will fuel our next phase of growth by accelerating our AI-first roadmap, expanding our platform into CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) capabilities, and supporting our expansion across Europe and beyond.

With Vista’s backing, we’re transforming from a successful UK business into a global scaling SaaS rocket ship, and we’d love for you to join us on our journey to £100M ARR across international markets.

the company provides software to service contractors who install and maintain the built environment. Our platform helps businesses streamline operations, improve profitability, ensure compliance, and achieve rapid growth. With over 100,000 users across industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, facilities management, and building fabric maintenance, we are entering a new era of intelligent automation, predictive maintenance, and data‑driven decision‑making for service firms.

Team

We are expanding our digital marketing team to support the company’s ambitious growth plans. You’ll join a dynamic in‑house marketing team, working closely with channel, content, creative and growth specialists. This role will report into the Digital Acquisition Specialist and will play an important part in driving lead generation, pipeline and brand growth through paid media.

About the Role

As PPC Campaign Specialist, your primary focus will be paid search, with hands‑on ownership of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Paid social and wider paid digital channels are also an important part of the role, including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display and other relevant acquisition platforms.

You will manage and optimise campaigns day to day, analyse performance, improve lead quality and CPA, and support the delivery of a broader multi‑channel acquisition strategy. You’ll be highly analytical, commercially minded and comfortable turning performance data into clear optimisation actions and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising as the role’s primary priority.
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, while supporting wider paid channels such as YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, review sites and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery, including setup, targeting, audiences, ad copy, creative briefs, QA, launch and ongoing optimisation.
  • Monitor performance against key KPIs including MQL volume, CPA, conversion rate, lead quality, budget pacing and pipeline contribution.
  • Conduct keyword, search‑term, negative keyword, audience and creative analysis to improve traffic quality and campaign efficiency.
  • Optimise bidding, budgets, targeting, devices, schedules and landing‑page alignment, and identify performance risks or opportunities proactively.
  • Analyse performance using advertising platforms, GA4 and CRM data, and provide clear recommendations and regular campaign updates.
  • Collaborate with Content, Creative, Brand, Web and external partners on landing pages, campaign assets, testing and new acquisition initiatives.
Essential Experience and Skills
  • Strong hands‑on experience managing and optimising Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with paid search as a core area of expertise.
  • Practical experience running paid social campaigns, particularly across LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, keyword strategy, search terms, bidding, audiences and budget optimisation.
  • Confident using performance data to improve lead volume, lead quality, CPA and conversion performance.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio or similar platforms.
  • Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and CRM‑based lead reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear optimisation actions.
  • Commercial understanding of B2B lead generation and how paid media contributes to qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work across Marketing, Content, Creative and other internal teams.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience within B2B SaaS, technology or field service management.
  • Exposure to additional paid media channels such as YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, programmatic advertising or review platforms.
  • Experience with advanced conversion tracking, including offline conversion imports or value‑based optimisation.
  • Knowledge of landing‑page testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how paid and organic search can work together.
  • Previous experience working within a digital agency or fast‑paced in‑house acquisition team.
What Success Looks Like
