Job summary

Cluett Reeve Ltd is seeking a PPC Account Manager to own and optimise paid search campaigns for a varied client portfolio from our Eastleigh base. You will drive leads, sales and measurable ROI by combining hands-on PPC expertise with strong client management in a growth-focused agency.

You will work with ambitious businesses in a collaborative environment, using GA4, GTM and Google Ads to inform strategy, optimise budgets and report performance in regular reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of PPC experience, ideally in an agency.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and GTM.
• Certifications in Google Ads would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage client relationships, strategy meetings and performance reviews.
• Oversee budgets, bidding, keyword research, testing and conversion tracking.
• Use GA4 and Google Tag Manager to maintain reporting and attribution.
• Turn campaign data into clear recommendations and growth opportunities.
• Work with SEO, social media and web colleagues to improve client performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage client relationships, strategy meetings and performance reviews.

• Use GA4 and Google Tag Manager to maintain Re reporting and attribution.
• Turn campaign data into clear recommendations and growth opportunities.
• Work with SEO, social media and web colleagues to improve client performance.

Requirements

• At least two years of PPC experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and budgets of varying sizes.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience in ecommerce, lead generation, landing-page optimisation or CRO, together with Google Ads certifications, would be an advantage.
