Job summary

Zealous Agency in Leeds is seeking a talented PPC Account Manager to lead strategy, implementation and reporting for a varied SME portfolio across B2B, B2C and ecommerce. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Amazon Ads, while driving performance and optimisation through data-driven insights.

You will mentor junior teammates, communicate updates to clients and develop best-practice processes to ensure high standards across all accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on PPC experience in a digital or performance marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and multiple paid media platforms.
• Excellent client communication and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Amazon Ads.
• Develop strategies that deliver against client objectives, budgets and KPIs.
• Build strong client relationships, providing performance updates and actionable recommendations.
• Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance.

I'm working with an award-winning, fast-growing performance marketing agency in Leeds that's looking for a talented PPC Account Manager to join its growing team.

You'll manage a varied portfolio of SME clients across B2B, B2C and ecommerce, taking the lead on campaign strategy, implementation, optimisation and reporting across multiple paid media platforms.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Amazon Ads.
• Developing strategies that deliver against client objectives, budgets and KPIs.
• Building strong client relationships, providing performance updates and actionable recommendations.
• Analysing campaign data and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
• Supporting, mentoring and sharing knowledge with junior team members.
• Ensuring best practice and high standards across all accounts.

What we're looking for:

• Proven hands-on PPC experience within a digital or performance marketing agency.
• Strong Google Ads knowledge, with experience across other paid media platforms.
• Confidence managing multiple client accounts and communicating directly with clients.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting or mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, Looker Studio, CRO or ecommerce platforms would be a bonus.
