Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a friendly primary school in Nottingham to recruit a flexible PPA Cover Teacher for a short-term, part-time role. You will cover across all primary year groups, deliver engaging lessons, and adapt confidently to different classes while maintaining positive behaviour.

You should have QTS (ECTs welcome), experience in UK primaries, and an engaging, adaptable teaching style. The package includes 24/7 consultant support, CPD courses, market-leading pay, and a referral

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a fun and engaging primary school in Nottingham. The school provides a positive environment where pupils are encouraged to enjoy their learning whilst being appropriately challenged.

The school is looking to take on a PPA Cover Teacher on a short-term, part-time basis, working 2 days per week and covering classes across all primary year groups. The successful PPA Cover Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively and adapt confidently between different classes.

The successful PPA Cover Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Experience working across different primary year groups
• Excellent classroom management
• An engaging and adaptable approach to teaching
