Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, is offering a 12.5-month placement in Powertrain, Chassis and Electronics, Validation and Integration. You will work hands-on with prototype vehicles, learn diagnostic and electronic systems, and contribute to product/process improvements under expert mentorship.

Two placement students join from July 2027, with a competitive salary and benefits including on-site restaurant access and pension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or integrated Master’s degree in Engineering (2:2 or above).
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and electronic systems is valued.
• Proactive problem solving and strong analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily tasks in Powertrain, Chassis and Electronics Validation and Integration.
• Learn automotive diagnostics and electronic systems on prototype vehicles.
• Assist with technical analyses and data reporting for continuous improvement.
• Develop and deliver a personal project relevant to product/process improvement.
