Job summary

IAG Transform UK is seeking a Powerplant Transformation Manager to lead strategic engine initiatives across operating companies. You will drive maintenance optimisation, asset utilisation, cost reduction, and performance improvements while coordinating with Engineering, Fleet, Finance, and external partners.

Applicants should have aerospace engineering or related degrees and extensive experience in engine maintenance, project management, and collaboration with OEMs, MROs, and lessors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience in airline technical operations and engine management.
• Experience with engine fleets and fleet support functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead powerplant transformation initiatives across Group.
• Develop business cases and oversee engine maintenance and asset management projects.
• Coordinate engine maintenance activities across OpCos, driving standardisation.
