Job summary

Kemp Recruitment is seeking a Powered Access Workshop Foreman for a role in East Anglia (UK). The position runs Monday to Friday 6am–4pm with a salary of £46,000–£47,000 and a £50,000 OTE.

Overtime is paid at 1.5x, with annual and monthly bonuses, plus a van and fuel card. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, service and repair of powered access equipment, keeping hire gear in good working order, running the workshop and training staff, LOLER compliance, and visiting customer sites to

Qualifications

• Experience in Powered Access sector.
• Ability to lead and train staff.
• IPAF & CAP licence required.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance, service and repair of powered access equipment.
• Repairs as necessary to keep hire equipment fit for purpose and operating efficiently.
• Run the workshop and train staff.
• LOLER compliance and inspections.
• Visit customer sites to attend breakdowns.
