Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Powered Access Workshop Foreman for a national provider of powered access and plant equipment. You will lead the workshop, perform routine maintenance, service and repairs on hire equipment, and oversee training staff.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 6am-4pm, with overtime paid at 1.5x. Salary ranges from £46,000 to £47,000, with OTE of £50,000, plus van and fuel card, pension, and bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in powered access service and repair.
• Ability to work in a team and provide good customer service.
• IPAF & CAP licences are essential for this role.
• NVQ qualification or equivalent for workshop leadership.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance, service and repair of powered access equipment.
• Repairs to ensure hire equipment is fit for purpose and efficient.
• Run the workshop and supervise training of staff.
• Comply with LOLER and safety standards.
• Visit customer sites to attend breakdowns.

• Previous experience in the Powered Access sector
