Job summary

Rullion Ltd is seeking a Project Manager in the UK to lead upgrades to transmission substation protection and control systems. Manage projects from inception through delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets and client satisfaction are met.

The role requires NEC3/4 contract experience, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and BPSS clearance. Hybrid working is available, with up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge working to NEC3/4 contracts.
• Demonstrable project management experience in engineering, preferably Power Transmission.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience planning/scheduling using MS Project.
• Ability to identify and resolve commercial/technical risks.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead a series of projects to upgrade/modify transmission substation protection and control systems.
• Ensure delivery to timescales, specification, budget and customer satisfaction.
• Manage overall financials and commercial aspects of projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage subcontractors to meet milestones.
