Responsibilities
- Hold periodic project reviews and update project records.
- Maintain accurate RAMS, diaries and progress reports.
- Prepare and present internal/external reports to stakeholders.
- Lead and manage teams to deliver works.
- Interrogate designs and inputs for feasibility and cost control.
- Ensure safety, health and environment compliance across sites.
- Monitor H&S management system effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Review subcontractor RAMS and approve safety plans.
- Develop team plans to achieve goals and grow talent.
- Mentor and develop team members to build high-performing groups.
