Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a Site Manager for our Service Centre in Hemel, covering sites across Great Britain and Europe. You will oversee maintenance, installation and commissioning activities, manage cross-site teams, and ensure work is delivered to the highest safety and quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and profitability.

The role requires at least 5 years of site management experience, HNC in Electrical Engineering, and formal safety

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years’ experience in site management or similar roles.
• Prince 2 or equivalent in Project Management.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification is required.
• SMSTS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance, installation, testing and commissioning across multiple sites in GB and Europe.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring work is safe, on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise engineers, subcontractors and contractors and coordinate activities.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status reports to management and clients.
• Liaise with customers and conduct site and commissioning meetings for successful delivery.
• Ensure QA, safety and regulatory standards are met and documentation completed.
