Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Site Services Manager for a pioneering engineering consultancy in Great Chesterford, Essex. You will oversee reactive and preventative maintenance, liaise with contractors and manage improvements to ensure safe, reliable site facilities and services.

You will lead a small team, manage the site services budget, maintain records, and drive compliance with H&S, building and fire regulations while coordinating diverse building services projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with extensive experience in varied maintenance and installation projects.
• Significant experience in site management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, heating, water treatment, and fire safety systems.
• Strong line management and communication skills.
• Creative problem solver with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Solid administrative skills.
