Job summary

Redline UK is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer specializing in Electrical Power Systems for our Easton on the Hill client. You will build strong customer relationships, understand technical and commercial requirements, and provide tailored solutions while supporting the field sales team.

The role involves preparing proposals, producing detailed technical quotations, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts within the power generation and electrical machinery sector.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong background in Electrical Engineering or power generation.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in internal sales, technical sales, customer support, or service within the electrical machinery sector.
• Experience with SAP or CRM systems (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the power generation and electrical machinery sector.
• Deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring technical and commercial requirements are understood.
• Provide tailored technical and commercial solutions to customers.
• Manage inquiries, prepare proposals, and produce detailed technical quotations.
• Collaborate with the external sales team, offering technical support and product knowledge.
• Identify opportunities and develop existing accounts to support business growth.
