Location: Hybrid - based at Angel Court, London EC2R 7HJ, or Salford Quays M50 3SP

Travel: Occasional travel, reimbursed

Employment Type: Permanent, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours/week

Role Overview:

Seeking a motivated Power Platform Senior Functional Consultant to support the Bupa Health Services Technology team. You will focus on using low/no code solutions to automate processes, develop user interfaces, and embed AI into workflows, enhancing healthcare product delivery.

This may involve interfacing with SaaS practice management, EMR products, CRM platforms like Dynamics and Salesforce, as well as O365, ServiceNow, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams across BGIUK Technology, clinicians, business units, and third parties to design and implement solutions.
• Provide guidance on applications and technology to analysts, architects, and designers.
• Assess use cases and determine how Power Platform components can be utilized.
• Manage third-party resources in a matrix environment, including tech leads and scrum masters.
• Build and maintain relationships within IT and promote a customer service culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve business operations, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Skills:

• Experience working in a matrix-managed environment with diverse teams.
• Requirements gathering, analysis, system design, and documentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform features and components.
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, D365/O365, coding standards, and source control.
• Test scripting and documentation skills.
• Experience in automation development, including RPA, using low/no code tools, and creating user interfaces.
• Healthcare delivery experience is desirable but not essential.
