As a Junior D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant, you will work directly with clients and senior consultants to design, implement, and optimize D365 CE solutions. This role provides hands-on experience and the chance to develop your problem-solving skills, working with clients, project teams, and the wider internal CE community. It offers the opportunity to work with Microsoft’s #1 partner, with a focus on personal development, training, and mentoring in technology and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior consultants in engaging with clients to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Assist in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
  • Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Help configure and customize D365 CE applications under the guidance of experienced consultants.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Conduct system testing, assist with user training, and support change management activities.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and provide post-implementation support.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Some experience or strong academic background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or CRM-related solutions.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical and consulting skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Knowledge of data migration, integration, or reporting tools is beneficial.
  • Microsoft certifications (or willingness to obtain them) are advantageous.

This role requires a basic understanding of business processes, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn how to configure and customize D365 CE applications.
