Job summary
Centrica plc in the United Kingdom seeks a GBS Process Improvement Technical Analyst (Power Platform) to drive process improvement, reporting and automation across Group Business Services. You will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Qualifications
- Significant experience developing reporting, automation or digital solutions in a corporate environment.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience building dashboards and data visualisations enabling effective decision-making.
- Experience maintaining SharePoint sites, hubs and related content.
- Understanding of operational data management and master data structures.
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and automated workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with translating data into insights.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering to deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication with non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and Excel proficiency.
- Advanced Power BI (DAX) and broader Microsoft BI awareness (SSRS/SSIS/SSAS) advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyse and improve business processes to enable more efficient operations.
- Gather requirements, map processes and design automated solutions.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data visuals.
- Build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and supporting data structures.
- Support governance, documentation and high-quality standards across solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting and automation.
- Support testing, user acceptance, training and adoption activities.
- Monitor solution performance and drive continuous improvement.
