Job summary

Centrica plc in the UK is seeking a GBS Process Improvement Technical Analyst to help deliver reporting, automation and data-driven insights across Group Business Services. You will design and build Power BI dashboards, develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes while ensuring governance and compliance.

The role emphasizes execution, innovation and delivering value through automation and data-driven insights across the business.

Qualifications

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience building dashboards, reports and data visualisations for decision-making.
Experience maintaining SharePoint sites and governance compliant content.
Knowledge of SQL, SAP ERP/S4 HANA/BW, and Microsoft BI techs is advantageous.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

Identify and drive process improvement, reporting and automation opportunities.
Gather requirements, map processes and design effective automation solutions.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualisations.
Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline processes.
Support SharePoint governance and content administration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into practical reporting solutions.
Assist with testing, training and adoption activities for new solutions.
Monitor performance, resolve issues and contribute to governance standards.
Share knowledge and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
