Job summary

Falconsmartit in London is seeking a Power Platform Infrastructure Lead to provide technical leadership on Microsoft Power Platform, guiding infrastructure engineers and architects to deliver designs and guardrails.

You will champion Power Platform as a strategic solution, mentor teams, ensure reliability, security and scalability, and collaborate with the PPO and platform wider team to align standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with Power Platform components and related services.
• Strong knowledge of the M365 suite including Entra and SharePoint.
• Some scripting or programming capability (e.g., C#, Power Fx, JavaScript).
• Experience delivering platform solutions with governance and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and maintenance of Power Platform solutions.
• Establish guardrails and controls for Power Apps, Automate, BI and Studio tools.
• Engage with stakeholders to capture business needs for platform development.
• Support end-user adoption and promote best practices across platforms.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Azure services with DevOps.
• Mentor technical staff and guide future capability requirements.
• Allocate and track resources, setting objectives and giving feedback.
