Job Summary

As part of our Advisory team, you will identify and deliver client requirements, work closely with experienced colleagues, and engage with clients to build strong relationships. You will also have opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives and business management. Over time, you will develop into a trusted business advisor, managing teams and defining project strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex data sets, particularly with SQL and other data analysis tools like R, Python, or Alteryx. You will design, develop, and implement applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.

Team and Client Focus

Our Regulatory Consulting team helps clients manage risk and compliance through technology and data solutions. We work on projects related to regulatory change, anti-financial crime, regulatory technology implementation, and supporting local businesses with regulatory challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Integrate Power Apps with data sources like SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party apps.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate processes.
  • Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards for insights.
  • Ensure security and scalability of Power Platform solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and updates.

Qualifications & Certifications
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Skills & Experience
Essential Skills
  • Experience with complex data sets and database technologies.
  • Proven experience as a Power Apps/Power Platform Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, Power FX.
  • Ability to understand client problems and develop sustainable technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with data analytics tools like Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
  • Knowledge of fintech technologies and financial services systems.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.

  • Travel may be required to client sites and between islands and the UK.
