Job summary

Skipton Building Society is hiring a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to join the Head Office in Skipton. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery of Power Platform solutions, designing apps and workflows to optimise processes and deliver measurable value for members and colleagues.

You will build automated processes using cloud and desktop flows, implement ALM best practices, and champion security and performance while mentoring a high‑performing team. Hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Power Platform solutions end‑to‑end.
• Strong understanding of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Ability to translate business needs into automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery of Power Platform solutions from design to deployment.
• Design apps and workflows that deliver measurable value.
• Build automated processes using cloud and desktop flows.
• Develop intuitive Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven).
• Implement ALM practices including environment strategy and CI/CD.
• Champion security and compliance across solutions.
• Drive quality, performance, and standards through testing and optimisation.
• Mentor and support engineers within a collaborative team.
