Job summary

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to join our Head Office in Skipton. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate Cloud, Power Automate Desktop, and Power Apps, driving automation across the business.

You will design with purpose, build with quality, and deliver with impact while mentoring engineers and championing security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Power Platform solutions to automate processes.
• Familiarity with ALM, environment strategy, and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of security and compliance across Power Platform deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Power Platform solutions from design to deployment.
• Design apps and workflows that simplify processes and deliver measurable value.
• Build automated processes using cloud and desktop flows.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll lead the end-to-end- technical delivery of solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Cloud, Power Automate Desktop, and Power Apps. You’ll design with purpose, build with quality, and deliver with impact.

• Leading the delivery of Power Platform solutions from design to deployment
• Designing apps and workflows that simplify processes and deliver measurable value
• Building automated processes using cloud and desktop flows
• Developing intuitive Power Apps (canvas and model-driven)
• Implementing ALM best practices, including environment strategy and CI/CD
• Championing security and compliance across all solutions
• Driving quality and performance through testing, optimisation, and standards
• Mentoring and supporting engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance- culture
• Exploring new Power Platform capabilities and shaping our automation strategy
