Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Software Development Engineer - D365/ Power Platforms to design, develop, and automate solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and RPA. You will build and scale automation for the enterprise, contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, and collaborate with architects and product owners.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and RPA tooling.
• Experience building agents/flows within Microsoft products and deploying via Copilot Studio.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, product owners and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Develop and support RPA solutions, helping scale automation across the business.
• Design and build agents/flows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring using Azure DevOps.
• Contribute to high-quality engineering through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and analysts to shape solutions and delivery plans.
• Ensure solutions align with current and future architecture standards.
• Be part of an on-call team that supports YBS’s services out of hours.
