Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking a proactive Power Platform Developer to join our Software Applications team in the Technology function. Based in Worcester with a balance of home and office working, you will design and deliver Power Platform solutions to modernise legacy processes and enhance data usage across the organisation.

The role involves hands-on development, contributing to architecture, and shaping a growing capability within Sanctuary.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse, including data modelling and solution design.
  • Experience building workflows and automations using Power Automate.
  • Proven experience integrating systems using APIs and standard integration patterns.
  • Good understanding of security models, role-based access, and environment strategy.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience with SharePoint as part of the wider M365 ecosystem.
  • Experience supporting citizen development through guidance and governance.
  • High standard of documentation.
  • Familiarity with Solution deployments and ALM practices within Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Power BI experience

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Power Platform Developer to join our expanding Software Applications team within Sanctuary Group's Technology function.

You'll design and deliver robust Power Platform solutions that modernise legacy processes and improve how we use data across the organisation. This is a hands-on role with scope to influence standards and shape a growing capability.

The role of Power Platform Developer will include:

  • Design and develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
