Job summary
Advania UK is seeking a Microsoft Platform SME to guide our clients through pre-sales, roadmapping, and architecting complex Power Platform solutions, driving adoption across user bases. You will leverage Microsoft technologies, pursue accreditation, and lead workshops, shaping governance and best practices while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications
- Be Microsoft certified in Power Platform.
- Ideally have previous Microsoft Partner experience.
- Possess SME knowledge in Power Platform areas (Power Apps, Power Automate, Co-Pilot Studio).
- Experience defining governance and best practices for the Power Platform.
- Experience leading workshops and gathering client requirements.
- Experience with the Microsoft product stack (SharePoint Online & Dynamics).
- Experience with broader Microsoft Automation & AI capabilities (Azure).
- Experience leading projects in a services/consulting context.
- Experience supporting future sales and proposals within clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver solution build and advisory engagements for clients.
- Support Microsoft accreditation objectives via certifications.
- Support digital transformation initiatives within Consulting.
