Job summary

ISR Recruitment is seeking a Solutions Architect (Power Platform) in the Bristol area to drive automation and digital transformation. You will design, develop and integrate bespoke solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure services, engaging with stakeholders and ensuring governance and security.

Based in the local area with hybrid working, you will lead AI-enabled capabilities, deliver scalable, well-documented integrations, and collaborate with business analysts to improve data

Qualifications

• Strong automation using Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure services.
• Develop bespoke solutions using C#, SQL, JavaScript, Python and related technologies.
• Support reporting, data warehousing and analytics requirements.
• Apply practical understanding of AI and LLM-based solutions to improve processes.
• Introduce AI-enabled capabilities within governance and compliance frameworks.
• Identify opportunities where AI or automation delivers measurable value.
• Design, develop and enhance solutions with software providers aligned to requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations between core systems and third-party platforms.
• Review existing configurations and customisations, delivering improvements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, well-documented and supportable.
• Work closely with stakeholders, project managers and Business Analysts.
