Job summary

ISR Recruitment is representing a Solutions Architect (Power Platform) role in Bristol. This hybrid position expects hands-on delivery of automation, data integration, and AI-enabled solutions to transform business processes.

The candidate will design and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, C#, SQL, JavaScript and Python, while ensuring governance and compliance. Commutable to the Bristol office is required.

Qualifications

• Strong automation using Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure services.
• Experience developing bespoke solutions using C#, SQL, JavaScript, Python.
• Supporting reporting, data warehousing and analytics requirements.
• Applying practical understanding of AI and LLM-based solutions to improve business processes.
• Introducing AI-enabled capabilities within governance and compliance frameworks.
• Identifying opportunities where AI or automation can deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation and implement leading technologies to enhance business processes.
• Deliver high quality application enhancements, automation and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers and Business Analysts to ensure alignment and success.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, well-documented and supportable.
