Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or development in AI / Intelligent Automation.
• Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Design Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Build, deploy and manage Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Engage with clients at all levels across business and technology functions.
• Nurture long-term trusted advisor relationships.
• Train and manage junior staff and client staff.
• Quality assure client deliverables.
• Respond to client requirements and provide subject matter expertise.
• Research client inquiries and emerging issues including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
• Communicate clearly through written and verbal communication, presentations, client service and technical writing.
• Help integrate operations with technology skills and support innovative solutions to unique problems.
