Job summary

Ernst & Young (EY) in Belfast is seeking a Manager to lead Microsoft Power Platform initiatives within AI & Data and Technology Consulting. You will design and deploy Power Platform solutions, engage clients, and drive innovative automation across engagements.

The role requires a bachelor’s in technology or engineering, Power Platform proficiency, strong analytics, and excellent communication in English. The position is based in Belfast with a focus on local and global scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform; Copilot Studio is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to deliver insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and manage Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Engage with clients at all levels across business and technology functions.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and mentor junior staff.
• Provide quality assurance on client deliverables and solutions.
