Job summary

EY is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Manager to lead Intelligent Automation initiatives and AI-enabled data projects. You will design and deliver Power Platform solutions, engage clients across business and technology teams, and mentor junior staff to raise capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or development in AI/ Intelligent Automation.
• Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform; Copilot Studio knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.

• Proficient in: written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

• Comfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.

The opportunity

We are currently looking for talented Microsoft Power Platform Managers who are seeking a challenge and who are highly competent in Intelligent Automation (IA) & Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team and build on continued success on both a local and global scale.

• Microsoft Power Platform Solution design.

Key requirements

• As a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or related fields.
• Relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or development in the area of AI / Intelligent Automation.
• Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver actionable insights.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Fluency in English language is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
